Trading Information
The lead time is around 25-40days, which depends on the order quantity, stock level of our raw materials and amount of testing required.
Timelec attach high importance to aftersales services and react to aftersales issues rapidly when happening.
Generally, we offer 24months warranty starting from the B/L date of the cargos.
The warranty policy might range with models, and other issue. It is suggested to double check with your account manager/sales manager regarding specific products.
Our standard payment terms is T/T , support 30% deposit upon issue Purchase Order, 70% balance by T/T against the copy of B/L within 7 days after date of B/L.

Timelec’s MCB(Miniature Circuit Breaker) is comply with IEC60898-1, IEC60947-2, CB, CE, S mark, Rohs.
RCCB(Residual Current Circuit Breaker) meet the standard of IEC61008, IEC62423, CB, CE, S mark UKCA.
RCBO(Residual Current Circuit Breaker with Overcurrent Protection) comply with IEC61009-1, CE, CB, S mark, Rohs.
AFCI(Arc Fault Circuit Breaker) comply with standard IEC/EN62606, IEC/EN61009-1, CE, CB, S mark.
Timelec products comply with IEC standard, EN and other regulations. We have CE,CB,EMC,TUV,S Mark etc. certificates.

We have low moq, generally the mini order quantity is 120pcs, support customization for logo, handle color, shell, technical parameters. The price would have a slight range based the order quantity.
